Discontinued Products Policy:

8e6 will provide hardware support for the length of the hardware warranty, which is 12 months from date of purchase. Extended warranties are available. In the event a specific hardware model is discontinued, 8e6 will provide 30 days notice of the end of sale. 8e6 will provide spares for two years post-obsolescence. If customers need spares for longer than two years, 8e6 suggests the customer purchase spares in advance and store them for future use. In the event that spares are no longer available within this two-year time span, 8e6 reserves the right to replace the discontinued product with a more recent version of hardware.
